1. What should I do if my timepiece requires repair?

The service and repair division of Peers Hardy is located at our Head Office in Solihull. You should send your timepiece to:

Please fill in the repair form if you have access to a printer or enclose a letter containing all the details as requested on the form. We would recommend you send the item by insured post to protect yourself in case of loss in transit and to allow for tracking.

 

2. Will I get an estimate before my watch is repaired?

If your timepiece is not covered by the terms of the warranty the repair will be chargeable. You will receive a written estimate by post or email, detailing all the costs. If you wish to go ahead you will need to return the estimate together with payment or contact our Customer Service Dept. on 0121 524 1400 to pay by credit or debit card. Once payment is received we will proceed with the required work. If you do not wish to proceed we will return the watch to you at no cost.

 

3. What should I do if my timepiece requires repair?

If your retailer does not have the facility to adjust the bracelet you can return it to the above address. Please provide the details as requested on the repair form.

 

4. Where can I get my watch battery replaced?

In order to avoid damage caused by a leaking battery it is important to have the battery replaced as soon as possible. Our Repair Dept. will be happy to undertake this for you. Water resistant watches will be resealed and tested to their original specification.

 

5. How can I obtain an instruction booklet for my watch/clock?

Please refer to the Instructions Archive above.

 

6. What guarantee does my watch/clock have?

Your watch is covered for defects in material and workmanship for two years. Accidental damage and misuse are not covered. The guarantee does not cover battery, bracelet, strap or glass.

 

7. Where can I obtain Watch Parts?

We supply a range of replacement parts, straps, links etc, please contact our Customer Service Dept. with any requests.
