Customer Services Manager

Key Duties:

 

- Managing the day to day operations of the customer service team (telephone and sales admin)

- Developing and implementing customer service policy / procedures for the business. (you need to understand that this is very basic at the moment)

- Handling customer compliants both written and verbal

- Training staff to deliver a higher standard of customer service and build relationships both internally and externally

- Liasing with all areas of the business to continually imnprove customer service procedures

Retail Sales Administration Assistant

 

Working as part of our watch retail sales administration team, the above position will be involved in the administration of the following to our major UK watch customers:

 

- Sales Orders

- Purchase Orders

- Sample Approvals

- Liasing with customers and suppliers

 

Candidates should ideally possess:

 

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)

- Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

- Accuracy and show attention to detail

- Able to prioritise and manage own workload to tight deadlines

- A high standard of education is required.

 

This position is at our West Bromwich office.

Managing the cosmetic and production sample approval process.

Liasing with custoomers and suppliers.

Dealing with the far east suppliers.

 

Candidates should ideally posess:

A watch technician is required to join our busy service department team.

 

The successful applicant should preferably have experience in watch repair or manufacture, although someone with comparable skillls would be considered.
